refund policy

short and honest. here's when money comes back and when it doesn't.

website builds (one-time fees)

once i start work, the build fee is non-refundable. the work is delivered as it's made — mockups, drafts, pages — so by the time you'd want a refund, you've received it. if i haven't started yet, you get a full refund.

monthly hosting and care plans

monthly fees are non-refundable once the month has started. there are no partial-month refunds. to stop future charges, cancel with 30 days' written notice by email (see the terms). billing continues through the notice period.

extra change time ($75/hour)

billed after you approve the work and it's delivered. non-refundable once delivered.

if i mess up

if something i built doesn't work as promised, i fix it at no charge. that's the care plan. if i can't fix it, we'll talk about a fair credit. i'd rather make it right than argue about it.

chargebacks

please text me before disputing a charge with your bank. a chargeback on a plan pauses the site until it's resolved, and if the charge was valid you're responsible for the dispute fee stripe charges me.

deposits

if a build required a deposit, the deposit is non-refundable once work has begun.
